Plant Foreman- Brasada Gas Plant

Job Summary
This position is located in Anadarko's Southern Region supporting the Maverick Midstream Plant Organization at the Brasada Gas Plant in Carrizo Springs, TX. Candidate will be a Plant Operations Foreman working with operations, construction, engineering, field operations, instrumentation technicians, electricians and mechanics to optimize asset value. Candidate will collaborate with Midstream, EH&S, HR, Engineering, Regulatory, Supply Chain and other support groups to ensure operations compliance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, and a working knowledge of gas processing facility operations. To include but not limited to: Cryogenic process plants, gas and liquid processing fundamentals, safe handling of flammable gases, liquids, and high-pressure systems, engine and electric motor driven reciprocating compression, pumps, electrical and automation systems related to Gas Plant control and operations to include PLC, DCS and SCADA systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to OSHA/PSM, DOT, federal/state environmental regulations and other regulatory requirements. Prepare appropriate documentation.
Working knowledge of standard construction drawings: P&ID's, Equipment Arrangement, Area Classification, Piping Isometrics, etc. preferred.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with engineering and technical peers,
Ability to conduct employee performance coaching and to manage complex scheduling.
Must have strong organization and planning skills, be flexible and able to manage through change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good analytical thinking and problem solving skills required.
Must possess leadership/people development and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Midstream Plant operations supervision and management including planning and execution of safe work practices, with an emphasis on the safety of personnel, protection of the environment, and maximizing throughput while maintaining asset integrity
Contribute to site safety performance improvement by holding workers and themselves accountable for safety. This is done via job safety analysis, permit to work, stop work, safety observations, audits, conducting safety meetings, safety training, incident investigation/root cause analysis and job briefs. Encourage safety activity participation by all plant personnel. Participate in emergency response coordination.
Adhere to and promote the APC core values of Integrity and Trust, Servant Leadership, People and Passion, Commercial Focus and Open Communication.
Work directly with operations team on PSM and RMP program compliance.
Direct operators in operator, safety and environmental training requirements.
Responsible for the safe execution of startups, shut downs, daily operations and plant optimization
Ensure product quality for sales points, NGL liquids, residue gas and fractionated products.
Complete weekly production reports including downtime, abnormal gas volumes, GHG reports.
Manage operator work schedules to minimize work stress and overtime.
Monitor and operate facility OPEX and CAPEX budgets and control costs for facility, review and approve invoices and manage small as well as large projects within APC budget guidelines.
Ensure equipment is operated and maintained at standards that will provide for a safe and effective work environment.
Supervise plant operators in daily operations, including safety, operational and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a liaison to support organizations (EH&S, Land, Regulatory) to insure unity of purpose.
Responsible for review and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, LOTO procedures.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Certifications / Licenses
Candidate must possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle.
Relocation
This position may be eligible for domestic relocation.
Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0-5%.
Work Schedule
This position is on a 40 hour / week schedule Monday ? Friday plus 24/7 on call.
Successful candidate must have or establish residency within an 85-mile radius of field office.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
