Job Summary
The Foreman is a supervisory position over a crew of hourly employees and/or contract staff responsible for oil and gas field operations\. The Foreman is responsible for directing the day\-to\-day field operations activities for an assigned functional area, which may include plant, field maintenance, drilling, completions, construction, or pipeline\.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
+ Coordinates the day\-to\-day work activities for a team of field personnel and contractors\.
+ Inspects work progress, equipment, construction sites to verify safety or and to ensure specifications are met\.
+ Estimates materials and worker requirements needed to complete jobs\.
+ Orders ore requisitions materials and supplies to complete jobs\.
+ Confers with managerial or technical personnel to resolve problems and issues that arise\.
+ Seeks opportunities to streamline processes, optimize productivity, eliminate inefficiencies, and cut costs\.
+ Attends production, completion and safety meetings as needed\.
+ Performs all work in accordance with Chesapeake's EHS guidelines, as well as government regulations and codes\.
+ Provides direct supervision of personnel\. Participate in decisions involving hiring, promotion, compensation administration, and termination of employment\.
+ Acts as a lead when the superintendent is unavailable\.
+ Oversee construction of 25 kV overhead and underground power line systems\.
+ Oversee crews and coordinate outage repairs and processing for safe and reliable re\-energizing\.
+ Oversee crews and coordinate line monitoring\.
+ Work with Electrical Engineers to develop designs and material lists for new and expansion electrical distribution system projects\.
+ Performs other duties as assigned\.
Job Specific Skills
+ Knowledge of oil and gas operations\.
+ Knowledge of oilfield equipment operations, including their designs, uses, repairs and maintenance\.
+ Knowledge of industry safety and environmental standards, requirements and regulations\.
+ Knowledge of administrative procedures in order to prepare and maintain reports, budgets, and administrative records as required\.
+ Ability to assign, delegate, and direct the work of others\.
+ Ability to provide on\-the\-job training, performance assessment, coaching, motivation, and career development to employees\.
+ Ability to show flexibility in response to change and adapt to and accommodate new policies, procedures, and technology\.
+ Ability to ensure all employees are operating within all Chesapeake, state, and federal guidelines, policies, and regulations\.
+ Ability to oversee workover activities\.
+ Good knowledge of well construction and completion\.
Minimum: High school diploma or GED
Minimum: 5 \- 8 years related work experience
Additional Qualifications
+ Minimum: Journeyman Lineman license\.
+ Minimum: Ability to possess a valid driver's license\.
+ Must be available for after hours and weekend callouts\.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
